start httpd

Check the status of httpd


/usr/sbin/apachectl status
ELinks: Connection refused


It is not started, then start it :)


/usr/sbin/apachectl start


These can use to restart (after change its config)
/usr/sbin/apachectl restart
or
/sbin/service httpd restart
